Board of Advisors
PCS’ mission is to assist utilities to be successful by providing high quality solutions. With this comes the implementation of the Board of Advisors. Each Board Member acts as an advisor for their respective region on matters concerning new software, software support, training, regional and annual user group meetings, special projects and client service relationships.
Purpose of the Board of Advisors
Develop a Board of Advisors to help design, plan, beta test and implement new software solutions for the utility industry. The Board acts as liaison between PCS and clients in their respective region on matters concerning new software, software support, training, user group meetings, customer relations and special projects
Board Meetings
- The Board of Advisors meets once a year
- PCS will provide a secretary to record meetings
Reasons to Establish the Board of Advisors
- Each region will have a voice into the PCS Roadmap, which includes new software development, scheduled delivery dates, initial setup and testing of software
- Each region will have a voice in PCS policy on support, support contracts, and new services being considered by PCS for their clients
- Board Members will be informed of leading edge news about hardware updates, industry changes, new technologies, etc.
