PCS Business Developer, Steve Dabbs, Resides in China Grove, NC and represents the East Coast in PCS sales and marketing efforts. Steve's territory includes the states of SC, NC, FL, GA, AL, MS, KY, TN, IN, PA, VA, WV, MD, DE and OH.
Steve has a very strong background in Business Development efforts. He not only developed large client bases with several different compaines, producing million dollar sales efforts on their behalf, he also organizes and develops marketing materials and the planning and distribution thereof, and has been involved with information technology consultuing for the past 27 years.
Steve joined the aggresive, growing PCS organization feeling he could help affect even greater success of the business to put his expertise to work.

Western Region
Kim Ingerslev represents the Western Region for the PCS sales team. Kim has over 25 years of experience in managing and directing the development of utility software solutions and has in-depth experience in teh management of the entire utility operations. Kim has been a part of the PCS sales and marketing team since the inception of the company.
Kim enjoys working with clients as well as prospects in their decision-making efforts in providing solutions that exceed their expectations and provides them with even greater success. Kim's territory includes the states of MT, WA, OR, NV, UT, ID, WY, CA, AZ, NM, AK and HI.
Kim is a staunch advocate of PCS solutions and in working with clients and prospects he authenticates teh PCS corporate mission statement, "to assist utilities to be successful by providing high-quality solutions."

Central Region
Kim Ingerslev is the interim Business Developer representing the Central region of the United States and this territory includes IA, MN, NE, MI, MO, AR, IL, WI, SD, ND, KS, OK, LA, TX and CO.
Kim's tenured experience and wealth of knowledge supports the Business Development Team, particularly in his ability to analyze a prospective cleint's existing system and make strategic recommendations to meet thier needs. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of PCS' products and services and brings vital support to the Team with his in-depth knowledge and understanding of current clients needs.
Kim focues on building and maintaining long-term relationship with not only exisitng clients but also developing a new client base where PCS is the utility's solution of choics.
