Business Developer
PCS has an immediate opening for a Business Developer. The primary duties include developing new client base, lead generation, and ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with existing client base. Successful candidate must be able to make presentations to groups and individuals, close sales, respond to Request for Proposals (RFP’s), and effectively handle client complaints and resolve any/all issues that affect service to client. A two or four year degree in business or marketing preferred. Travel required.
Application Developer
PCS has an immediate opening for a Visual Basic/.NET Developer to provide software development and application support to a group of PCS clients throughout the US. This individual will analyze, design, develop and implement MS Visual Basic/.NET/MS SQL Server systems. Duties will also include client interaction, handling secondary support calls and mentoring other developers with new technology.
This is a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting edge technology for the utility industry. The position offers maximum autonomy and encourages creativity.
Qualified candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in software development and programming. Need strong skills in MS SQL Server, MS Visual Basic and .NET. Must have ability to develop and present technical solutions. Strong verbal and written skills required and previous client service experience helpful. A two or four year degree in MIS, computer science or related field preferred.
Software Installation Specialist
PCS is looking for professionals with experience in the utility industry or related areas. Degree in accounting or related discipline is required. Candidates must be customer-service focused, team-oriented and willing to travel.
The position involves software support, installation, and training, design, testing, and consulting of the Utility Billing and/or the Accounting application. An outstanding interpersonal skill in dealing with co-workers and clients is a prerequisite.
